The title of the article says it all. The underlying problem of our modern culture, beyond the pro-abortion culture of death, is that the direction of our focus has turned increasingly inward- what is best for ME, MY rights, MY moral autonomy, and so on. In the process the Christian concept of caring for others, especially the least, has been fading away. SELF is becoming the new God of our modern culture.
